Gifted Courses August, September, October, November

                      Gifted Courses!
Hey gifted gals! I am your instructor, Amy,  here to guide you through the next four months of your lives =) There are two parts to this course, so this one is x-tra long. Here is the sections, study them hard!

Section 1: Hair!
Your hair is the most appealing part of your body, other than your eyes and smile, so it's good to take care of it! Here is a treatment that you should do every let's say, week, to keep it extra shiny!
Items:

Aussie Shampoo
Loreal Paris Hair masque
Comb
Octopus Clip (You can find them at Sally Beauty)

Work the shampoo in gently, then rinse thoroughly, getting ever single last bit of it out of your hair. Next, put your hair up in the clip, and unscrew the cap of the masque. Apply all around the outline of your head, your neck and forehead areas, and the sides behind your ears, take down the clip but hold your hair up, and work it from your roots to the ends of your hair! Hold it up for about 5-10 minutes, then let it g down then rinse it all out. Comb through when done!

Section 2: Nails!

Your nails are good to you, you could not do much without them! So, be good to your nails! Here are the ingredients for this homemade treatment:
Nail File
Bowl of HOT water about 100 degrees
Olive oil/Vegetable oil/Canola oil
Soft towel
Paint (optional)

Get the bowl of water, and mix in about 1/3 of a cup of the oil. Stir for about thirty seconds. Sip your nails in and let them rest for about 10-15 minutes. This loosens all the dirt from under while making you feel relaxed. Take them out and towel them dry. Next get the file and round your nails to the perfect tip.  You can choose to paint them if you like.

Girls, practice this at least 3 times over the next 4 days, on November 1st we are having a review on this!
